About Client
Him & Her Labs is a premium, science-backed supplement line for high-performing couples - functional mushroom complexes, collagen peptides, magnesium, and gender-specific formulations engineered for focus, energy, and recovery. The brand voice is edgy and candid, the aesthetic is modern and confident, and the category sits inside the functional-mushroom and adaptogen performance-nutrition space alongside names that resonate with podcasters, wellness professionals, and Gen-Z/millennial power users.
Our Role
PixG was the full-stack creative and build partner for Him & Her Labs - we designed the entire product brand, built the Shopify store end-to-end, and designed their lifecycle email program.
What we did
- Full product branding: naming conventions for the "For Him" and "For Her" lines, logo, brand voice, and packaging system across the SKU range.
- Designed and developed the Shopify storefront from scratch - gender-specific collections, ingredient-led PDPs, and subscription-ready architecture.
- Designed the full Klaviyo lifecycle program - welcome series, post-purchase flow, win-back, replenishment, and education flows - all visually and tonally on-brand.
- Built ingredient + third-party-testing trust blocks (non-GMO, vegan, heavy-metal tested) into the PDP and brand story pages.
Our approach
- Married irreverent, candid brand voice with the clinical trust cues a supplement buyer needs before they click buy.
- Designed "For Him" and "For Her" as parallel but distinct tracks - same system, different personalities - rather than one generic unisex funnel.
- Treated email as a design surface, not an afterthought - the flows feel like the site, not like templated transactional mail.
The result
- A fully branded supplement line - packaging, site, and email - reading as one coherent world.
- A Shopify storefront purpose-built for subscription and replenishment economics, not just one-off purchases.
- A lifecycle email program that compounds LTV instead of leaking customers after the first box.
